Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or offer delivery outside South Africa.
Shipping Options
- Courier Door-to-Door – Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Free Shipping on orders over R750.
- A flat shipping fee of R99 applies to orders below R750.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched from Cape Town within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

- All products are stocked and dispatched directly by CultureShop.
- Product availability is subject to stock on hand at the time your order is placed.
- This is an online-only store and collections are not available.
- High-Risk & Remote Areas: Where required by the courier, deliveries may be redirected to a secure pickup point or locker at our discretion.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped.
