CultureShop sells a range of new and second-hand books, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, and other entertainment and cultural products. The condition of each product is clearly stated on the individual product page.

For second-hand items, customers acknowledge that products may show normal signs of previous ownership or use, including but not limited to:

Minor wear and tear
Marks, inscriptions, or stickers
Age-related imperfections

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. Any significant defects beyond normal wear will be disclosed in the product listing where applicable.

2. Product Information

All products listed on our website are held in stock unless otherwise stated and are dispatched directly from Cape Town, South Africa. Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

Where actual photographs are provided, they represent the item being sold. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product information before completing their purchase.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. CultureShop reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order where necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical errors.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice. Delivery charges are calculated during checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Cape Town using trusted third-party courier services. Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, and circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Please review this policy before placing your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CultureShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products sold through our website. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Nothing contained herein limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable legislation.
